Seth Rollins On How It Felt When The Shield Broke Up, Dean Ambrose Recalls The Group’s Formation (Videos)

WWE has released two new videos from tonight’s episode of “Table for 3”, featuring Shield members Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns.

During the first clip, Dean Ambrose recalls The Shield’s inception, and says they connected with fans because of how real it was for them. Ambrose said they used The Shield as the way to get their foot in the door in WWE, and the three of them working together on the same page brought out a real intensity that the fans fed off of:

In the second video, Seth Rollins speaks out on The Shield breaking up back in 2014, and how it felt when the group members went their separate ways. Rollins admit that it felt very alone following the breakup, and that it almost felt like he had to re-learn how to be a singles wrestler again. Rollins called the experience intimidating, as he had to go out in front of the WWE live crowds and cut lengthy promos as a singles star. Ambrose then said he didn’t want to have to get people to like him after turning babyface as a result of the breakup:
